This system is grounded in proven movement and athletic development principles, shaped by my experience in coaching hockey, teaching yoga, and working with athletes in the NFL, MLB, and MLS
Every part of Hockeyoga is designed with purpose - to help players move better, skate more efficiently, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level
You can practice shooting and do skating drills, but if you're not preparing your body off-ice you will never reach your full potential
