16U+ Athletes
Ā Hockeyoga Training System prepares your body for the demands of your game. Increase hockey mobility and agility, overall flexibility and strength, and injury prevention and recovery time. Hockeyoga is that little extra assist that will have a noticeable impact on your game.
10U-14U Athletes
Hockeyoga Trining System will help elevate your game to the next level. Train your body for better movement, increased speed and power, and better balance. 15-20 minutes a day, 2-3 times per week.
8U and Younger Athletes
Get your hockey career off to a great start by learning to train your body to get the most of your on-ice training. Hockeyoga is a great tool to increase body awareness, balance, and flexibility.Ā
